Anniversary Tile Campaign

The San Diego History Center tells the diverse story of our region, how the past has shaped the community we are today, and where we as a region are headed in the future. Founded in 1928 as the San Diego Historical Society, the History Center hosts more than 150,000 visitors annually at its museum in the heart of Balboa Park.

In honor of our 90th Anniversary, the History Center is providing a once in a lifetime opportunity for you, your family, or your company to help support our mission to preserve our past, while embracing our future. We are now making available 90 commemorative tiles in the center of the museum atrium. These become a permanent and lasting legacy of your support for our community where visitors will “Walk on History.”

We are prepared to offer these 90 tiles on a first-come-first-served basis, in consideration for a $5,000 fully tax-deductible donation. A named tile recognizes you or your company as being a permanent part of San Diego history. In addition to the tile, each company or individual can record their own history. These histories will be made available to the public through a registry in the SDHC Research Archives.

To reserve your place in history, follow the link below or mail in the Anniversary Tile Campaign Form along with your payment to:
