Thank you to The Conrad Prebys Foundation for the $330,000 grant that is being invested into the restoration of the East Side Exterior and North Tower.

The Serra Museum will be closed to the public during this renovation.

For Museum Public Visitors

Effective December 15,  the State of California has ordered that face masks (covering nose and mouth) must be worn indoors in public spaces regardless of vaccination status.

The following guidance from the The State of California and County of San Diego remain in place:

  • Occupancy levels are restored.
  • Social Distancing is not required but recommended.
  • If you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 OR do not feel well and healthy, please do not enter.
  • The History Center will maintain sneeze guard barriers on Welcome Desk as well as hand sanitizing stations.
