According to additional information provided by the community on 3/2011: This group is standing outside of Temple No. 27 in Los Angeles. The 3rd man from the left, in white, is Yusuf Shaheed Abdullah. He contributed to founding the Nation of Islam Mosque No.8 in San Diego and Mosque No. 27 in Los Angeles. The man 4th from the left is Brother Lamar.
