****Additional information provided by the community on 3/2011: Marvin Hines was the minister at Pilgrim Baptist Church, which he started. After him, Reverend Foxworth moved the church to “A” Street. Marvin had a daughter named Marva who was also a singer and made many recordings. Her mother is Dorothy Chestain (spelling?) who still lives in San Diego. Front row on the left is Marvin Hines, front row on the far right is Exton Hullaby.
