According to additional information collected from the community on 3/2/2011: The U.S.O. building shown in this image was located at 2929 Market Street and previously was a Japanese Buddhist Temple. During the Japanese internment, WWII, this building was used as a U.S.O facility. It later reverted to a Japanese Buddhist temple, which it is presently. (2011)
