Additional information from the community on 3/2011: This man in the photo is Jack Schindler. His retail business, the Arrow Mart, had a bit of everything. It was more appealing to shop at Arrow Mart than its competitors, like Safeway or Bruno’s on 30th, because Arrow Mart sold on credit. His wife, Clara, and two children, Milton and Ernie, worked there too. Elezo Cooper was a clerk and delivery driver at the Arrow Mart for sixteen years, from 1953-1969. He is shown in other Arrow Mart images.
