(Documentary Artifact): One b/w photographic print of the entrance to Davis’ Powam Lodge in Mesa Grande. An unidentified woman poses on the front stone steps with a dog nearby. Edward H. Davis built the resort hotel, Powam Lodge, in 1915. It later burned down in 1930.

According to additional information provided by the community on 10/2011: Mice ate the wiring which started the fire that burned down the Powam Lodge in 1930.
