OP 15362-33

(Documentary Artifact): Two b/w photographic prints of candles placed at graves in a cemetery of a Mesa Grande church for All Souls Day. According to notes on the original negative envelope, the film was exposed for 20-25 minutes, during which time the candles (about 1,500) were relit after being blown out by the wind. This created the streaks of light captured in the photograph.
