Enjoy a make-and-take activity that celebrates Black History. Participate in a 30-minute tour of our gallery spaces. Learn about the history of African American life in San Diego through a one-day-only pop up of SDHC’s previous exhibit “Part of the Patchwork: Reflection of African-American Life in the History Center Archives.” Taste a variety of foods and cuisine from the African Diaspora for $5 a plate. Restaurants include Rocky Steady Jamaica\, Rafikiz Foodz\, and Chef Renee.
