Please join us as we celebrate the opening of several regional exhibitions focused on the life and legacy of architect, Irving J. Gill. Invited guests from the collaborative partner organizations will enjoy remarks, light refreshments, and will be able to tour the History Center’s exhibition, Irving J. Gill: New Architecture for a Great Country.

Eleven San Diego and Southern California cultural organizations are joining resources to tell the story of Irving J. Gill, an extraordinary San Diegan, and one of the key founders of modern architecture.
