The third man from the left is Narciso Lachapa (also spelled Narcisco/Narcisso La Chapa/LaChapa/La Chappa). According to notes on the original negative envelope, they may be Mesa Grande Indians gathered at Davis’ ranch, Loma Cereza, to receive Christmas gifts.
