(Documentary Artifact): Two b/w photographic prints of Edward H. Davis and Joe Castro (also known as Jose Castro or Too ool Quin you). Davis wears a hat, collared shirt, tie, pants and shoes. Joe Castro’s long hair is matted into locks, and he wears feathers in his hair, collared shirt, pants, and shoes.

His long, grey hair is matted into locks and he has a beard and mustache. He wears a striped-print collared shirt. According to notes on the verso of the print, he was a friend of Edward H. Davis.

Same image as the National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI) print, P02310. According to catalog record for this image, his name is spelled Jose Caster and ‘According to Edward H.
