(Documentary Artifact): One b/w photographic print of Allen Lavender’s daughter carrying a small ‘toos’ or water jar from a strap over her head. She stands in front of a structure made of brush, next to a large basket.
Same image as the National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI) print, P02199. According to catalog record for this image, the father’s name is Allen Lannder. The water jar is made of basketry and covered with pitch.
