Davis Project Scholar Advisory Committee: A copy of this photo is in the collections of the Museum of Man (image no. 3568, source unknown), where it is identified as Anita Peña of Mesa Grande, dated 1901. The basket in the photo is also in the collections of the Museum of Man, catalog no. 1939-8-1 with no accession data as to source. The basket was identified when it was noted that it matched the basket in the photo.
