(Documentary Artifact): Two b/w photographic prints of candles placed at graves in a cemetery of a Mesa Grande church. A tree, church, and church bell are in the background. According to Davis, this event is part of La Noche De Las Velas, or The Night of the Candles on November 2 (All Souls Day). According to the original negative envelope, the film was exposed for 20-25 minutes, during which time the candles were relit after being blown out by the wind. This created the streaks of light captured in the photograph.
