Davis Project Scholar Advisory Committee: This is traditional regalia for ceremonial dances such as the eagle dance. There are eagle feathers attached to the fiber ‘sash’ or skirt that is slung over the shoulder. Feathered plumes are attached to a stick as a wand, and stuck into the headband.
