A gift of appreciated real property such as your home, your investment property, your vacation property, vacant land, a ranch or commercial property can make a huge impact in supporting our mission of telling the story of our San Diego community.

You can either provide this gift of real property through your will or trust or during your lifetime.

If you transfer ownership during your lifetime, you can avoid paying capital gains tax and receive a charitable income tax deduction in addition to leaving a lasting legacy. You can make a gift of all or a portion of your real property by signing a deed transferring ownership of your property.
