Come and celebrate Kate Sessions’ Birthday month with us at the San Diego History Center and make botanical bookmarks. Kate Sessions was also known as the “Mother of Balboa Park” because she helped make our park beautiful by adding trees and amazing gardens all throughout. Come and learn more about the Mother of Balboa Park from 11 am to 4 pm with an activity for the whole family to enjoy!
