DISCLAIMER:

By submitting a photo and caption to our photo submission page for one of our upcoming exhibitions, this means you give the San Diego Historical Society (DBA San Diego History Center henceforth SDHC) permission to use your submissions in that exhibition without restriction, through print, projection, internet web site, video, and/or any other potential media market. The San Diego History Center’s intent is to only use it in a tangible format and will not distribute the original file without consent from the sender. If your photo(s) is/are selected, they will be displayed for public view within the SDHC’s exhibition and the sender understands that it may be photographed by visitors and may be seen in social media or other similar arenas.
