The San Diego Union Tribune Promotes HOW! History Outside our Walls

Karla Peterson from the San Diego Union Tribune interviewed archivist Renato Rodriguez and Katy Phillips, the History Center’s visitor engagement manager about the upcoming HOW! History Outside our Walls event.
For the first ever HOW!, we will be setting up outdoor activities on the Plaza de Panama and on the Prado, offering a guided historical tour of Balboa Park, and doing tours of our research archives. Items from the History Center’s collection and educational panels showcasing 25 key moments in San Diego history will be on display on Saturday and Sunday.
