Not truly a Panama-California Exposition postcard. Elizabeth was exhibited at the Panama-California Exposition on the Isthmus in 1916; apparently she was exhibited at the PPIE in 1915 and this PPIE card was distributed in San Diego in 1916, as is evident from the writing on the back.
