José Gabriel, aka Indian Joe, was accused and convicted of the Geyser murders. Evidence, however, is (and was) inconclusive.
Jose Cota, a San Diego Police officer, asked for a delay in Indian Joe’s trial in order to allow for further submission of evidence.
