FASHION REDUX 2021
Live Webinar: Friday, April 16 from 7:00pm – 8:00pm
This year, the San Diego History Center and Mesa College’s Fashion Program celebrate a 10-year collaboration for Fashion Redux 2021. Four uniforms from the History Center’s historic clothing collection were used by students as inspiration for designing their own contemporary designs.
Due to continued COVID-19 precautions and restrictions, the student garments and their historical inspiration garments will be digitally showcased. A physical exhibit will be on view at the San Diego History Center at a later date.
Join us on Friday April 16th from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. pm for the Fashion Redux Virtual Event, featuring a lecture by Mesa College fashion professor, Jordyn Smiley, Collections Specialists from the San Diego History Center as well as a discussion panel with the student designers.
Tickets for the event can be reserved by clicking the RSVP link below.
